I see that the one Main Line write-in has been rescheduled for 6-8 pm on Saturady the 14th.
Since it's the only one for Main Liners, I fear it will be swamped! I've been in the MilkBoy, and it's fabulous in part because it's (shall we say) cozy.
Is there any interest in scheduling additional Main Line write-ins?

I'd be down with that, if we get a time that works for enough people.

The Bryn Mawr Borders would probably be big enough. And it would be nice to have more than one designated write-in :) I've been planning to go to at least one of the DelCo Borders meetups simply because it will be another week before anything happens out here.

I like the idea of the Bryn Mawr Borders.
How about some evening next week? Thursday, perhaps? Though that's getting close to Saturday's write-in at MilkBoy.
Or some evening during the week of the 16th? I could make any evening except Wednesday.
Weigh in, MainLiners!

I would love to see some more out there!
Unfortunately, with only 2 MLs to cover the whole region, it is tough to have "official" events in every area. So I will help you all however I can, and once the SEPTA strike is over and it is easier for me to travel, I will look into more Main Line events since there is so much interest.

The border's in Wynnewood is another option. It's right across from the Wynnewood train station so it's easy for commuters. I think there's a bus that stops in that shopping center as well.

I'm farther down on the ML (other side of the Blue Route) and have been hunkering down at either Barnes and Noble Valley Forge (252 and Valley Forge Rd) or Starbucks in Wayne (Rt 30/Lancaster Ave). Both close at 10 except for Starbucks which closes at 10:30 on Fridays and Saturdays.

I think that the Write In is still supposed to be at 1pm. There seemed to be some mix-up with the calendar times. As far as I know, Milkboy does music studio showcases after 6pm on Saturday nights.
I was in search of places to write this weekend and found that the Saxby's in Ardmore and the Borders in Wynnewood are both pretty loud and crowded on weekend evenings. But, the Borders in Rosemont was just perfect. I would be interested in meeting up with other Mainliners here, if a convenient time can be arranged.

Although it's not large enough (and generally too crowded) to host a proper write-in, I'll be posting up in the Gryphon Cafe in Wayne, where there's no dearth of interesting characters. And the coffee rocks
