Has anyone taken a look at the Word Count Scoreboard under the 'Fun Stuff'? I've just done out of curiosity and our MK region is a staggering 258th out of 484... in the world!

Considering how few (I think) of us there are, I think that's amazing. Well done everyone!

Morgen,

I believe that there are 137 of us registered to the MK, Bedford and Northampton group. As, you say, we are doing really well,

So YAY! Keep it up everybody!

That's OK. It means that you have a life. I clearly don't. :)

Just got back from a painting/drawing exhibition of really quirky stuff where one of my (and two fellow writers') pieces of writing was on display alongside their relevant paintings - and the drawing that my monologue was written for (see www.jaroslaw-ancuta.com/GRAPHICS.html - it's the pic Gossiping) was the first thing to sell. How cool is that.

Sorry, not gloating but it's the first time (other than a Woman's Weekly short story) I've seen my stuff in public. :)

I hate to say this, but we've dropped from 258th (when this topic was first posted) to 277th

I'd best get back to writing as soon as I've finished eating then.

Hi everyone

Sadly we've slipped a little more... we're 282 out of 484 (which I still think is awesome) but we've got a staggering 1,002,414 words between us which is amazing.

Well done also to Mercenary Pen for hitting 45K.

Go kickflare... we have faith in you!
