I'm not even sure if Grand Rapids is part of the 'elsewhere' in Michigan, but since I couldn't find it on the list I settled on this.
So... Anyone else from the big G?

Welcome misguided, I'm glad you found your way over here. We are, after all, the largest "region" in Michigan, and you're welcome to join in. I'm sure we have wrimos in your area who might be scheduling events and I have some online chat events up on the calendar that have been wonderful both in meeting new, amazing writers and for my word count (go word wars!). The Grand Rapids group was merged with the Ottawa county group this year. I believe it is called Ottawa county and Grand Rapids. I've been to the forum. They have lots of things planned in allendale and holland.
