Here's a thread dedicated to commiserating with those of us who, for one reason or another, aren't on track JUST at the moment, but plan to be soon. Hopefully.

Scheduling trouble for me. I've been writing in the overnights, usually 4-7 a.m. On Tuesday night/Wednesday morning, I just couldn't get my creative mojo workin'. Consequently, the bulk of my writing for Wednesday was done *gasp!* in the evening.

Then, when Wed/Thurs a.m. rolled around....nothing. My reservoir of words had yet to be replenished by the slow drip that is my subconscious.

(Hey, that's a nice metaphor....I wonder if I can use that somewhere.)

I'm gonna try a big push, tonight...but I don't know if I have 3200 words in me.

I'm with you. My commute has gotten less reliable this week (god bless the RTA) and my computer time has been limited at work. I should be able to write more on buses and trains, but my handwriting is terrible. Here's to the weekend for catchup!

If only I didn't have to write two papers this weekend, that news might be encouraging.... But hey, I can just pound those suckers out, right? Right?!

I'm so far behind right now I'm still on Monday. I started out well...wrote 1898 my first night and then was slammed with showings, offers and appointments. Plus hubby did 3rd shift this week and well....I couldn't sleep or write! I finally realized Thursday that I could write while waiting on appointments...on my blackberry - DUH! I forgot I have word on it...so yesterday I wrote while waiting and added another almost 300 words to my numbers.

I am now catching up and hopefully by Sunday night I'll be all caught up :)
