Is there something that you do specifically for Nano? A food you eat, a drink you drink, music that you listen to? A certain place that you go to?
For me, there is a brand of tea that I get from englishteastore.com that I only drink while writing. I don't know why, but it's the only time that I drink it. Buckingham Palace Garden Party. It's a blend of earl grey and jasmine tea. And it helps fuel my creativity for some reason that I don't know why.
Also, tastykake chocolate cupcakes.
And nicotine.
So what do you eat or drink to help you get through this month?

More coffee than usual, it seems. Specifically, Starbucks. With their new VIA and their seasonal Eggnog Latte making a return (had my first one today!) I'll have no reason not to be caffeinated all the way through all 50,000 words.

Copious amounts of coffee, heavily caffeinated. And the occasional oolong or rooibos tea, heavily sweetened. I find the frequent bathroom breaks keep my legs from getting stiff sitting in front of the computer for so long. :)

I have a few NaNo food habits:
--No coffee. Lemonade or water only, please.
--I do eat salads, chocolate candy, pickles, Nacho Goldfish, and fruit roll ups.
Some other quirks that crop up during this month:
--I have to have my music LOUD.
------------The sitting room where my eMac is located is the only spot where I can really get creative.
--Bother me and you die. *I should have that printed on a tee shirt*
--And I have to keep Firefox open to find synonyms/antonyms for certain oft-used words -- and to update my word count every hour that I write.
