Oh no, I've found a quick munchie to toss into my mouth while I write, M&M's plain and peanut. This isn't good... I'm supposed to be eating healthy, maybe I should switch to pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds...
Oh well, I'll just pass the possible poundage onto some unsuspecting, insecure, male character. Ha!

The upside. M&m's have lots of sugar for frenzied bursts of writing. And If it wears off just eat more! And they've got small amounts of caffeine. The writer's wonder drug.
Happy writing!

Also, the dye in blue M&Ms helps spinal injuries. (injected, but still!) Think of it as preventative medicine!

I took this idea to the next level: today on my way home I stopped at The Naked Chocolate Cafe and bought five truffles (cost? $5.05). For every thousand words I write I reward myself with a bit of truffle.
