Summermoon Write-In Proposal [X-posted] I frequent Summermoon in South Austin; tiny, overcrowded parking lot, but good wood-fired coffee and plenty of outlets. Anyone up for a recurring Tuesday write in from 12PM-4PM? I'll bring a power strip. If parking lot is full, there's nearby off-street parking. I'll talk to barista(s) today and get details. -M |

I'd like to come to a Summermoon write-in if I can find the time. I can probably make at least one (assuming you have several.) And - chances are I can bring a few official NaNoWriMo stickers! Let me know if you get something set up - I can put it on the calendar, if you like.

Looks like this is on; we'll get it on the calendar (thanks lazym!). First meet tomorrow @ Noonish. Don't have a penguin, but my tiny netbook says "Rad" and I'm usually wearing an Indiana Jones-esque hat.

If you haven't been there yet, Summermoon is a really nice place. Very mellow, good coffee, good internet signal. I got a lot done at the write-in yesterday! You need a password to get online, but you only have to ask the barista for it. And sometimes it's better to avoid the internets when trying to write.....
Oh - and the regular write-in is set for Tuesday afternoons, but of course you can go there anytime.
