Hey! Our first write-in at Hunter Activity Center, Westminster Campus was quite a success! We had at least 3 word wars and got a chance to share our novels with each other. Two nanorocks came along to support our writing endeavor, and one, (Mine) came for the ride, but seemed to hide out in the car. (Nervous about being around all that great talent, I suppose.)
The facilities were great, we had plenty of plug ins and we all managed to add to our word count.
We missed everyone who couldn't attend, and look forward to hopefully seeing you next Saturday, same place, same time, (1-4 pm) so that we can go up even farther in the world's word count!

I'm sorry that I missed the write-in yesterday! I had to take advantage of the gorgeous weather and get some things finished up outside.
A friend of mine (my writing partner and fellow Nano-er) is flying down from Michigan on Thursday and will be with me through Sunday so we might join you this Saturday. If we don't make it, we'll be participating in spirit!
