Maybe I'm the only one, but I love-love-love random generators. Name generators, plot generators, kingdom generators -- you name it. It's a great way to spend a few hours of your time, and sometimes you even get decent material.

It's mostly geared towards roleplayers and fantasy settings, but there's some great stuff. All of the characters in my NanoNovel were named by Seventh Sanctum. It even comes up with basic story-starters for you to peruse.

Chapter name generators! I decided I wanted to start titling all of my chapters for Tagestraum, and then realized I had no idea how to come up with snappy chapter titles because I'm bad enough at coming up with book titles, so I found this. I can't use any of them but they're fun anyway.
