I don't really care where, but it would be nice to have one that Saturday.

I can't be the only one not going to the game!

That might be a cool day for me. I'm already busy for the 14th, but would like to meet other writers in the area, :-)

10 to 1 would be ideal for me. But if that doesn't work for the majority, that's okay.

FYI...

If you choose the Market Street on 98t & Quaker be aware they are playing live Christmas music via piano. Some people might find it relaxing, others might find it annoying.

:-D

My vote is for the Market Street on 50th and Indiana. It's close to where I live, and it's in a central location. Maybe I'm just being selfish. By the way, is there anything recognizable about you, if I just happen to go to B&N tonight, Hagalaz? A crazy hat or a cool laptop decal?

I'll be a B&N noble tonight. I hae 5 NaNo Merit Badges on my laptop bag. Not sure what I'm wearing yet.

I like the Market Streets.....big tables and lots of room to spread out. Depending on the time, I might not be able to make this one (work stuff this weekend).

So......here's the details I have

WHERE: Market Street 50th & Indiana
WHEN: 2 - 6 PM (come and go)
WHY: To get everyone 3,000 words by the end of the day. And, to have fun!

If someone would be kind enough to bring a power strip so everyone can have some power for their laptops. If I can get free, I'll bring my power strip with me.

Okay, I'll try to be there, and I'll see if I can't grab a power strip from our house. I know we have one around here somewhere.

*Rummages through piles of trash in the garage*

AHA!

*Proudly pulls out a flux capacitor with a wall socked spliced onto the end*

It looks a little frayed, but it should do the trick.

I"m pulling daddy-duty today, but I think I've convince my parents to spend some quality time with their grandchildren. If nothing comes up, I'll be there. I'm looking forward to finally meeting some wild and crazy Lubbock writers.

I will be there wearing my "Knowledge is a weapon" tee shirt. I will bring a power strip, too, just in case.

Today was fun, everyone. I enjoyed meeting all who were there and look forward to possibly doing it again before the end of NaNo. If it works out.
