It would depend; you wouldn't fly directly (unless you're flying from the West Coast to Eastern Russia maybe), so you'd have to stop over, probably somewhere in Europe. I'd recommend going to expedia (www.expedia.com) and plugging in your cities to get an idea.

It also depends on where you're starting from in the US, and where in Russia you're headed. I've flown from Almaty, Kazakhstan (on the same longitude as Siberian cities like Tomsk) to Washington and St. Louis with fairly short layovers, and it's taken about 24 hours. Moscow or St. Petersburg, on the other hand, are like six hours by plane closer to America; flying from the west coast would add three or four hours, unless you were flying over the Pacific to Vladivostok or something.
So yeah; check Expedia, Vayama, etc. for your specific parameters.

St. Petersberg-Denver takes about 24 hours.
