Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix the fact that under Notifications, I have this as my first line:
"Database error: user -2 not found in {subscriptions_user} table!"
I'm not getting any of the emails even though I have not opted out of the email program, and I have verified that:
> My email address is correct
> The emails are not going to my Spam folder
I know I'm missing emails because my husband is getting them, and he forwards them to me - it would just be nice if I could get them on my own so I could read them in the morning as opposed to waiting for him to be able to send them to me.

The -2 comment is about changing the notifications for private messages and is a known issue.
What emails are you not getting that your husband is getting? That will help us determine which options to have you check.

I don't know about Ninkerbelle, but I haven't received any emails other than from my Municipal Liaison since the middle of October (not counting a password reset email).

There really have not been many emails other than the ones that are from forum subscriptions. You can check the My NaNoWriMo - Manage Notifications screen and look at the Forums and Stories tab. Check the boxes for the Pep Talks, Breaking News, etc. here and click Submit at the bottom of the page and it should start emailing you things.
That said, I have not once received a breaking news email, so not all of this is working. I did get the one pep talk email. So there are bugs with this which may be the whole problem you're having.

I haven't gotten my emails yet, either, beyond one in October telling me I should do NaNo, and one from a ML. I miss my pep talks!!!! waaaaah!

I'm not getting any pep talks either, and I don't know how I'm going to make it to November 30 without pep talks!! Argh. I don't know how I've gotten so far without them, actually. Is it because I turned off forum notifications? Everything looks fine on my account page--I've selected to get them--and they're not going to my spam filter. I have an AOL address. Could this be causing the problem?

Hi. If you are having this problem of not receiving emails that you think you should be getting, please see this thread and add a comment including the information requested in the initial post in the thread. This will, hopefully, help us track down where the issue is.
