Brief Author Bio:

Former journalist, former teacher, former professor, ongoing wife and mother of one brilliant young writer; full-time manic-depressive; fully disabled due to that.

Synopsis: Exodus Genesis

In the not-so-distant future, civilization as the 21st century knew it is vanishing, not with a bang but a whimper. Some residents of a small Southern town, led by a sadly visionary mayor, flee to something akin to the wilderness in an attempt to save what they can.

Nothing is ever easy, especially not "saving" the world.
