Brief Author Bio: Kidnapped by rabbits at a young age, Edincoat became a writer because that was all she could do in the dirt using a stick and little carrot bits. After she was rescued by a well-meaning woodcutter hauling around fat children who kept trying to eat his house, she made her way to civilisation to learn how to write using pen and paper, as well as convert those hatch marks she called letters into something universally comprehensible. She considers NaNoWriMo something to do as tradition dictates, and does not bother to resist signing up year after year after year as such. |

Synopsis: king's highway
This doesn't start with a bang, or a whimper, or any other dramatic metaphors that the poets use. This doesn't end like that either.
Instead, it starts with the fumes of exhaust, the roar of a engine gunning down I-10. A flash of gold paint as some antique thing streaks down the highway, not leaving rubber on the road because that would mean slowing down a little and letting the wheels hit the asphalt.
It ends in tears. Which you'd already know, if you were paying attention during the story.
Let's start back at the beginning, let you catch up.
