Synopsis: The Patchwork Princess: The Urchin's Tale

Former Princess Odelya has run away from the kingdom of Tuchwald to avoid a scheming fairy and a vicious usurper. Now she is making her way in the world as a penniless urchin with nothing but a fur dress, her mother's ring, an antique spindle and an enchanted fishing hook to her name.

An attack by bandits leads her to working the kitchen hearth of a noble family from her neighboring kingdom, and while she serves, whispers begin to skulk about political intrigue. Tuchwald is poised to invade, and assassins seek for royal blood. Can Odelya save her old friend Prince William while avoiding the notice of the fairies, who have a price on her head?
