Synopsis:
Scifi fanfiction.
Cyberpunky Bandom (MCR) RPF space AU thingy, featuring hacker!Mikey and razorgrrlboy!Frank.
(Does anyone actually understand that?)
Excerpt:
Brian had found someone.
Of course Brian had found someone, it was, after all, his job to find stuff. Mikey wasn't surprised.
Brian had managed to find Mikey, too – or rather, it had been a mutual degree of finding – so really, no surprise there. Brian found things, it was what he was.
"So, who is this guy?"
A guy who knows what he's doing, was the cryptic answer.
Brilliant.
"What do you want now? I don't like having to wait and see, you know? I like knowing stuff."
I know, said Brian. He's a killer, mostly. But he's a good guy, and he'll know what to do once you find your brother.
"Gimme some specifics, here," Mikey demanded. "I can't just wait for some killer walking in the door."
Promise you'll find something for me once the time comes. Get in somewhere. Something. I'll think of it.
"What's one more thing to do for you? Not like I don't have a pile of those already. Yeah, I promise. Now tell me."
His name's Frank. He's cybernetically enhanced, some blades, something with his eyes, motor control, reflexes, speed – the works. He's good. Really good. Little crazy, possibly, but those types all are, and he was the first I could find.
"So he's a razorgirl? Guy? Thing?"
Pretty much.
