Three years ago, Timothy Speedle, known to those who loved him as Speed, died in the line of duty. Two years ago…… he came back. Now a Crow, he has spent the last two years coming to terms with his fate, an embodiment of Justice For Victims, and helping all that he could. But now it was time to go home, back to Miami and the unfinished business he left behind. For as the legend goes: A Crow carries your soul to the Land of the Dead.
