Synopsis: Down The Dead Road

The road to hell has always been paved with good intentions.

Zander left his family in the care of the FBI so they would be protected from the world of things he is now part of, a world he will have to face and try to stop from merging with the world they know. His mission now is to regain his strength and track down Sophia, the shape shifter he was created from, as she terrorizes the Canadian American border, stealing children with Otherworld blood in their veins.

Wes, Zander's brother, escapes from the FBI to save Zander when disturbing visions haunt his waking and sleeping hours. He takes his cousin Reggie and little sister Melody with him, sure that if they can get to him in time, the three of them can save Zander from reverting back to the Apollo, a vicious monster with no conscious.

But when Wes is kidnapped by a vampire drug lord interested in his visions, Reggie is overcome by the need for vengeance and leaves a pile of bodies in her wake, and abandons Melody to care for herself and grow up on the harsh city streets alone.

As they each forge their own trails, they journey to the darkest parts of themselves and the world around them, the lines of right and wrong blur to a mess of gray, and not all of them come back from the brink of the abyss they try to navigate.
