Brief Author Bio:

I write because I have a need to. It is my way of playing god. I respond to the scenes playing out in my head.

I am married, with four adult children and seven grandchildren, one dog and four cats. I lead a very unexciting life. As a security guard at a private airport, I get a glimpse at how the other half live, and they live good.

Excerpt: COMING HOME AGAIN

The year was 1989. Madonna angered the religious communities with the release of her song “Like a prayer.” This would not be the first or the last time she angered critics of her. The Rolling Stones toured America with the Steel Wheels Tour. Gladys Knight and the Pips called it quits.
At the box office, Stephen King was scaring us with Pet Semetary, Michael J. Fox with Back the Future again, The Heathers became a cult classic and Parenthood tried to reinforce family values, while War of the Roses had family values going bad.
John Grisham published Time to Kill and Stephen King had a very good year with the release of his book, The Dark Half.
And me, I was twelve years old. It was time of innocence. We never felt danger; life was just one big sleepover, gigglefest and bike ride. Then came the day that ended it all. And my whole world imploded around me.
