Unbridled Aria: The Awakening
an excerpt

He puffed out his chest and swallowed a draught of air. He was invulnerable to the effects of the cold night, and the warmth that invaded his cheeks had not left since he had felt her – those red, wet lips grazing so hungrily over his own.

Brian stared at his bedroom ceiling, but he didn’t really see it; all he could see was the lingering memory of Elekta in the kitchen and the events playing out in a fluid motion. He wished he could keep rewinding the moment; that time would bow to him and he could live in his dream forever. He had never felt happier, not even when Ethan had rested his head protectively over his heart.

He sighed, and Elekta’s taste made him feel more whole, more like the man that had been slumbering deep within the boy.
