I'm doing one small excerpt from each chapter.
[Excerpt 1:] She had a feeling that was only the beginning of the strangeness that would make up the rest of her day.
[Excerpt 2:] What the? This is either the strangest mugging in the entire world, or my daughter was abducted by aliens last night.
[Excerpt 3:] "Did you just correct my thoughts? Seriously? Is this what just happened here? I don't even.. I'm not sure what bothers me more 'Drea. The part where you can apparently hear what I'm thinking, or the part where you correct my thoughts." Jordana glared, "oh wait. Yes I do. I can't believe you just heard my thoughts and called me ridiculous in the same breath. Now that, that's ridiculous."
