Synopsis: Never Talk to Strangers
Daniel seems like a normal teenager, but what people don't know is he's been able to see elves and sprites, and other mythical creatures, who live among us disguised as humans, for the last ten years. When something goes wrong in the land of Pangeria, its up to one special man from the human world to help. When he goes missing, Daniel's satyr friend asks him to help.
Daniel travels to a magical land where even he can fly, but does he have the power to save Pangeria?
Excerpt: Never Talk to Strangers
My mum told me never to talk to strangers, but I’ve met the most interesting people that way. Like the old man who sat outside of the department store in town, begging. One time mum gave me fifty pence and told me to put it into his tin. I stood over him, he looked so pathetic, I couldn’t help but feel sorry for him. When I looked back, mum had gone into the store.
I said hi, dropped the money into the tin and went to find mum. After that, we always had a word when I was in town, when mum wasn’t looking, and I learned a lot about him. His war stories and his family. But it wasn’t until I met the goblin that life got interesting.
