Synopsis: Cold Hands (Tentative)

New student Bobbi Ivey is obviously not from around here: with her bone-white skin, blue hair and skin markings, and milky eyes, this cowgirl stands out. Even in a world of super heroes, Bobbi is different. She struggles against villains and prejudice on a daily basis while attempting to prove to her Air Force case manager that she's a person...not a weapon.
