Synopsis: The Green Tea Chronicles

Civilization changes, but life doesn't. Life is forever the same thing... a conscious awareness and involvement with relationships and the world. The forms and organizations of life's inhabitants morph as the years go by, but the primal essence remains free from turmoil, upheaval, chaos, and change.

Excerpt: The Green Tea Chronicles

As a solitary spirit there was not much I had to do. I released him to the world and allowed myself to wander across the vast land knowing it would be many years before I saw it from that heavenly angle again. I was glad to get away from the frantic East Coast cities with their noisy cars and smokestacks and buzz of human activity. In the Mid West I found peace, and solace. Here the corn grew, with no cares other than reaching for the plenteous sunshine. I settled down into a field of alfalfa near an irrigation ditch, running my joy over the sweet purple flowers and playing with the thin and springy leaves. I leaned down into the soil and felt its coolness calling to my spirit, welcoming me back for another go-round at earthly life. The water slowly coursed through the narrow earthbound canal, and I meandered over to it and touched it, wishing it love and peace. It smiled back at me, getting glimmery and bright, momentarily. I thought to myself, It isn't so bad, and Earth will be changed before long. Of that I was sure, as it was expected. That's why we agreed to return again, was it not?
