Heather. Central NY. Happily with my partner for 5 point 5 years. We have a bakers dozen dogs and four cats. I’m a Vet Tech with a BS in Animal Science from Cornell and am considering going back for my masters in Medical Technology, specializing in Hematology with a minor in Education. I play nurse to my critical patients all night. I prefer friends my age or older; I’ve never been able to relate to the young at heart. I am an old soul. While I prefer quiet nights at home or dinners with a few close friends, I can knock 'em back with the best of them and love to dance. I'm a diehard Doris Day fan. I'm a dork to the core and make no excuses for that, though into all things girly girlish. I am an honorary Gilmore Girl and if you don’t understand sarcasm, don’t bother. I’m a curvy girl in to body mods. I devour books by the armful. I’m a theatre fiend and love everything to do with crafts and drawing. I love wit. I’m a gossip whore. I want a house and babies and right now it seems like eons until we can start our life and family. I’m Catholic but think that as long as you believe in something ‘bigger’ you’re all set. I’m organized, compulsively organized. I walk and talk in my sleep which make for some of my most entertaining stories. I swear. I love volunteer work. I randomly burst into song. Most any conversation will make me quote Eddie Izzard. I hate feet and spiders.
