Synopsis: The Night of the Descendants
For lucky number 7 novel, I am turning to fanfiction (and making Jim's Jewels, Artie's Angels and even Pike's Pearls happy) by doing a novel of The Wild Wild West that I have been promising the fan forum for a couple of years. It will be a three-way cross-over, actually, with Mission: Impossible and The Avengers.
1870's United States Secret Service agents James West and Artemus Gordon trail an old nemisis, Count Carlos Maria Vincenzo Robespierre Manzeppi, self described "adventurer, poet and lover of all that is corrupt, forbidden and blasphemous", to the Verde Valley in the Arizona Territory (where just a few years later the town of Sedona will be settled). He is messing around with what will come to be known a hundred years later as the Sedona Vortex, and when the agents become involved he manages to accidentally pull two of their descendants back through time from the 1960's: Gordon's great-great grandson Rollin Hand, who is also an actor/master of disguise/spy; and West's great-great granddaughter, Mrs. Emma Peel, who works semi-officially with British Intelligence and proves to be better at the martial arts than her condescending ancestor.
The four spies team up to defeat the evil Count and his current set of 'Eccentrics' (murderers for hire), set things right with the world's esoteric vortices, and return the descendants to their own time.
