The security guard scowled and began to shout directions into his two-way radio. Kaitlin made a mental note never to use this security company again as she ran towards the stage. The group of teenagers had formed a tight ring around the offending girls and Adam as Amber looked on helplessly from the stage. Kaitlin could see Mr. Forster rounding angrily on Chris and Anna who were still standing, frozen in shock, where she had been only a few moments before. There was a resounding crash and Kaitlin spun around to see a whole section of the lollipop forest collapse as if they had been dominoes. Although at first the tables and other trees held up, finally one of the giant lollipops fell completely to the ground with a resounding crash, sending sugar crystals like glass shards all across the floor. A large security guard emerged, shaken, having accidentally knocked over the first of the candy trees in his rush to get to the party crashers. On the stage, Amber was crying noisily into the microphone as a very confused Fergie poked her head out from the back of the stage.
