Synopsis: Something's Fishy

Mallory Luoma wants to belong in her adopted small town. She volunteers to lead the local festival after the previous committee quit. Always a sucker for a woman in need, Cody Kaspar offers to help. But someone is trying to sabotage the festival. As they struggle to keep sponsors and workers, they each fight personal barriers that threaten to thwart their growing attraction to one another.
