Synopsis: A Shattered Looking Glass

Basically the heroine of this story is discovering that every book she ever read, every story she was ever told and every movie she's ever seen was based in truth. Vampires are real, and so is Santa. When the world all these once-thought fictional characters inhabit is threatened, it's completely up to Avery to save them.

Excerpt: A Shattered Looking Glass

She was going to die. Oh, God, she was going to die. Avery's breath came in short, sharp gasps as she pressed her back against the wall. Oh, if only she were like these people, she should melt into the brick and escape. But she wasn't, so she stood, clutching her ribs in pain and looking into the eyes of Death. She had failed herself. She had failed her friends. And now she would pay with her life.
