Synopsis: Bekkah, Daughter of Eve: Lessons

Bekkah, the sixth child of Adam and Eve learns for the first time of her parent's big mistake in the Garden of Eden. Bitterness and self-righteousness is the theme of the story as Bekkah fights with resentment against her Mother, the first sinner. When Abel tells her that his lamb died and that her favorite lamb was to be sacrificed at the alter, Bekkah snaps.

Excerpt: Bekkah, Daughter of Eve: Lessons

Cain pulled away, glaring at Cara. Cara continued to move toward her little sister. Bekkah whimpered again.
“You're scaring her Cain.” Cara said, reaching for the girl. When Cain stepped back again, Cara grabbed his arm and attempted to force Bekkah free. Cain shoved into Cara. She fell back to the ground, letting out a short cry.
Abel immediately grabbed Cain's shoulder and spun him around to face him.
Bekkah's eyes were wide with fright, as she was caught between her brothers.
“Never touch anyone again.” Abel threatened.
Cain set Bekkah down, his attention on Abel. “Don't mess with me little brother. I am much larger and stronger than you. You have never hurt me before. But if you touch me, I swear that I will hurt you so bad that you will beg for me to stop.”
Abel's eyes roved his brother's face as he fought to keep his fists by his side. “May God have mercy on you.” He muttered before turning away.
“I am god.” Cain spat.
