That’s not to say I didn’t miss you – I did. I missed how close we’d been, especially as we’d been friends for so long, but I lived with it. My other friends, the ones who turned out to be my real friends picked me up and helped me through it. They stopped me from calling you and forgiving you for everything – I nearly did, several times, but they helped me realise that I didn’t need you being poisonous anymore.
