Brief Author Bio:

I am a published novelist, screenwriter, and independent filmmaker who lives in abject poverty looking for other like minded cat lady souls to go NaNoing with. I love everything from art films, to wrestling and soap operas and ninny ninny ninny to those of you who don't.

Synopsis: ANCIENT MUSE

Sam 'the bluesman' Harper picked up a guitar at age 3 and hasn't put it down since. A once prominent musician on the alternative music scene in Louisville, Kentucky, the loss of his mother to his abusive father has always weighed heavily on him. So when he met the sultry and sexy Katrina he thought he'd met the answer to his prayers. Only to be destroyed yet again finding a 'Dear John' letter six months later.

Turning to whiskey he drowns himself in the bottom of a different bottle nightly, turning his back on the music that had once been a source of great solace. Until one day a public incident brings his past flooding back and he is forced to face the pain he thought he could forget.
