He continued to sit at the bar ordering drinks he’d nurse as he watched the blonde beauty drink and dance the night away. As the crowd slowly dwindled down Christian noticed Karlie’s date lean over and whispered something in her ear. Karlie pulled back and looked at him in disgust. She shook her head while saying something to him. Karlie got up and walked over to her redhead friend, whispered something in her ear, then with a look to each of their friends they all left together leaving the men in their wake. Unsure of what had happened the men huddled together and discovered it was the careless words of one idiot that ruined in for the lot. Christian chuckled to himself. Not only was the scene to surreal for words, but he knew Karlie’s date would be going home alone that night. And that’s just the way Christian wanted it.
