Brief Author Bio: Hey, how goes it? ShelbyDanvers here, back for another month of insanity. Well, more insanity than is usually present. Third year doing NaNo, and this time I hope to surpass my first-year word count of 75K. Key word is hoping, I'm not making any promises. In my not-writing time, you can usually find me curled up with my iPod and a good book. If not, look to the nearest Toys R Us. I'm the girl in the Transformers aisle. I could totally write a book about experiences in there. Woman who tried to claw off my hand and then ran over my foot with shopping cart last December, prepare for an unexpected cameo in this year's NaNo! Anywho, that should give you a glimpse into the odd workings of my mind. See ya ;) |

Synopsis: Online Now
The old Montgomery house has long been surrounded by rumors. Local legend claims that it is haunted. That is just the sort of thing Maddie had hoped to avoid when she moved to the city. It isn't long before - thanks to a local paranormal buff - Maddie comes to realize that the 'ghost' of the Montgomery house is just a reclusive young woman. Maddie befriends the house-bound girl over a social networking site, believing her new friend is forced to stay inside because of a severe sensitivity to sunlight.
One day the girl doesn't log on, and Maddie becomes concerned. Eventually, she learns the truth: her new friend wasn't forced to stay inside because of a weakness to sunlight. The reason is far more serious, and far more dangerous.
