Mel almost didn’t know what to do with herself upon looking at the journal. She waited and pondered what exactly this meant for her. If she were to open and read through this record of days past she would have to relive them and experience all the horrible as well as wonderful memories all over again. “Is it worth it?” She thought to herself as she reached for the journal. Her decision was made as her fingertips grazed the familiar rough cover of the old diary.
