Angels from the Ashes
an excerpt
Sarah Kaitlyn's competitive nature got the better of her. So did her curiosity, which is what the great author menat to type. But she won't go back and change it, since it adds to the word count. And now AJ is mad at her because she made him loose the game. Any who, back to the story. And, for the record, the great author just lost the game.
~~~
"Apparently it's like the fourth wall in this novel: it doesn't exsist."
~~~
Matthew Todd pointed up a dozen lines. "That's what I said. Right there in that annoying yellow font color."
~~~
“So the omlette that ate your brother got hit by a car. And this somehow brought him back?”
~~~
"Then you got run over by a marching band. Marched over by a marching band. Marched over by a run away marching band. And the run away marching band's director."
~~~
SUddenly, and simultaneiously, there were two rips created in the space / time continuam. There was one formed right infront of Matthew Todd and Sarah Kaitlyn. No one else seemed to notice it. THey looked at each other, and then looked at the hole. The universe that was presented to them looked far more interesting than the universe they currently resided in.
Unbeknowist to them, (the great author thinks she just made up another word), another rip in the space / time continuam formed at the police station. None of ht e officers noticed it, the only person who did was Anchor. He looked thourgh it, and saw a much more interesting world behind it, a free world at that.
