Synopsis: Discovering the Past

Helen has never known her parents, and has only known the care of her legal gaurdian, Alecia Redding. All her life she's felt incomplete not interacting with her less than fortunate father and having her past concealed from her. Her mother died in childbirth and her father of unknown causes. Upon inheriting a vast estate and graduating from College, Helen sets out to find out more about her parents and her past. However, as she digs into the diaries of her mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she discovers that her questions are met with more questions. And who is this mysterious cousin who also inherited a generous share of the family estate? As her search continues, her questions breed more questions. Will she find answers, or will the grave wake from its slumber to expose the truth? And to what ends will the cousin have to go to to keep his past and identity concealed?
