Synopsis: Duck, Duck, Noose

Spotlighting local businesses was low on Bay Gallagher's list of "things to report" for the local weekly paper, mostly because she despises the Chamber of Commerce. It's a a toss-up which new business gets the biggest *eyeroll* from her: The store-front church or the new-age bookstore. When a pregnant woman disappears, rumors turn ugly. Time is short and Bay has to get past a wave of righteousness - from scripture-quoting church members and from tarot-card diviners - before it's too late.
