Brief Author Bio:

I'm 25 years old, happily married and the proud aunt of 5 boys and 2 little girls. My husband and I live in Little Rock, Arkansas. I'm a graduate criminal justice student, I work two part time jobs, volunteer as often as possible and otherwise spend what time remains with the family, writing, relaxing with a good book, or catching up on the television shows I never managed to finish when they were on the air. I'm easy to get along with, often introspective and yet, surprisingly talkative and outgoing when the mood strikes.

while I have no publication goals, writing is a passion that must be pursued for the sake of husband's everywhere (or so mine would tell you). :)

Synopsis: Untitled

My NaNo project this year is tag team project with Chelle-Lynn. A modern day retelling of Beauty and the Beast.

Caelen Worden, a brilliant defense attorney , has gotten a guilty man off on murder charges and no one is pleased. His once ordered existence has become his worst nightmare. He's vilified in the media. Hated by his neighbors. And now, thanks to the victims hot-headed nephew, forced to serve community service at a children's organization with the equally beautiful and troublesome Mira.

His faith in humanity shaken, his pride hurting and his reputation in tatters, Caelen must overcome the bitterness that has taken root and rebuild his image from scratch if he ever hopes to overcome the damage he's done to himself. He must put his reputation in Mira's hands and hope for the best. But are her motives pure? And more importantly, can he trust her to prove that there is hope for humanity and himself yet?
