"Trust me."

Who the heck was he talking too. I peeked around the corner and saw VIn, looking particularly more pissed than the last few days, if that's possible. When they disappeared inside I pushed myself through the hedge behind me until I was through to the other side into a very well groomed yard with large flower beds with blooming jewels all over it. I took the nearest path and ran towards the house along the side out into the street. I then crossed the street and entered the next yard, cutting through the back and then another one until I couldn't do it know more because I hit the river.

Luckily, because I'm lucky, there was a bike trail running north and south along the river. I decided to go north, away from the down town area and where i had spent most of yesterday. Somehow they had managed to find me. And what did Jack mean, "trust me".
