Max sighed as he propped his arm on the edge of the minivan window. The scenery that past him by was rather mundane. He’d only seen it a thousand times. His apathy only increased when his youngest sister Sandra threw her soggy pretzel in her excitement and hit him on the cheek.
“Ewww” he said as he peeled the sorry excuse for food off of his cheek and tossed it out the window. Sandra began to cry at her lack of pretzel. “You tossed it at me.” Max said irritably. The three year old only looked at him and cried louder.
