Synopsis: ????

So far, my plot is short but full of promise. A girl is born; 200 years after magic was banned from the universe, and slowly each person who possessed any of it was killed until it was gone. But mysteriously, an ill child is born, one who can do strange things, but following each of these things comes a terrible episode of illness. Then it starts occuring to more people, and more, until it has spread like an epidemic--and no one knows what this strange ailment is, but it is threatening their world.

The magic is back.
