Synopsis: The Way We Were
Ally patiently learned how to deal with Dustin’s drastic change during his first deployment to Iraq. But after his second deployment, Dustin returns home broken and cold as ice. When alcohol becomes Dustin’s new best friend, Ally struggles to come to grips with the new, disturbed man that replaced her once loving and thoughtful husband. An alcohol-induced car accident that lands Dustin and his 3-year old daughter in the hospital is the final straw. Ally and Dustin have to come to grips with the effects of the war before their family is ripped apart.
