Back at the cop shop the news was that Piercy would be pulling through. The new gov was trying to get business running as usual but there was that lack of playfullness the jibes between collegeaus that make you feeI like you are at home. plus of course there was senior seages funeral. No one was expecting much from me. the new gv had put me on the day shift and taken me off policing duties and back to admin. this was all in the interim until the woman was charged and i got the all clear from the shrink. i was going to see a union appointed schrink. it was a new routine to get used to while we waited to for something to happen. My life was in limbo and i couldn’t get the picture of that poor bastard from up on the mountain out of my head.
