Brief Author Bio: I presently have several novels that I will probably self-publish since it's really hard to get a book agent to believe in you. I have been writing in the NANO contest since 2006 and have found that I have a passion for writing romances. |

Synopsis: Spontaneous Love
Jaeden MacKenzie never realized how much his life would change on Halloween night in 2004 when he met the love of his life, Rylee Thomas. The young firefighter had only one passion in his life and it was firefighting until he met her. BLAM...life changed in an instant as Rylee's eyes met Jaeden's and she knew she had met the one and only man she had been waiting for. Would their busy schedules of firefighting and her life as a Life Flight nurse allow them time to be together? Or would the culprIt be Jaeden's best friend and fellow firefighter, Ryan Jackson who lusted for Rylee also?
Excerpt: Spontaneous Love
Rylee was stunned beyond belief when this gorgeous paramedic/firefighter raised his head and their eyes met. Omigod, he has the most intense blue eyes and when he licked his lips, it made her long to taste his kisses. She gently scolded herself as she found herself licking her lips with the tip of her tongue. Focus on the patient, Rylee! You’ll have time later to find out his name!
Jaeden softly smiled as he noticed the interest in her eyes and made a mental note to find out her name later but right now, the patient was their priority. He began to count the teen’s pulse again since he had lost count when his eyes had focused on the young pretty nurse. His mind began to briefly wander as he glanced at her and guessed that she had to be around twenty-four years old.
Damnit, Jaeden, focus on the patient! What the hell is wrong with you? Plenty of time later to find out her name but damn, she was gorgeous with her long chestnut hair pulled back in a ponytail with just the fringes falling from underneath her helmet. Looking into her blue eyes was like falling into a swimming pool on a hot summer day. He bet her pink rosebud lips would taste as sweet as strawberries. Damnit Jaeden focus on the patient and count his heartbeat so you don’t look like a bumbling fool who can’t do his job!
