Synopsis: The Dark Side Of The Moon
From Earth, the Moon appears to be a tranquil disk of beauty above in the night sky..but up there..on the luna surface..things are not quite as they appear.
Three humans have returned to the Moon..the first to do so in a long time. Their job is to erect a radio telescope on the dark side of the moon ahead of the planned mission to Mars, so as to "boost" Earth's communication capabilities, as well as adding to our understanding of the cosmos in general.
The mission starts out as planned, but the three astronauts soon realise something is not quite right in the shadows on the dark side of the Moon,
Excerpt: The Dark Side Of The Moon
“I wonder what it is?”, Adam asked, the tone of his voice full of wonder and not a trace of fear. “Have you ever seen anything like it before?” He was aware of the sound his voice made over the com system..a lot like speaking on the other end of a cell phone. There was a slight pause before he heard the usual short crackle and soft click on the channel before the reply came.
“No, I can’t say that I have. Now, come on, forget about it. There will be plenty of time to check it out later..once we get this thing sorted out and squared away for today.”
