It’s the year 2012 – late – and the extinction of human life is not to far ahead.

Scott Dunn was your young average college student, making minimum wage at a pricy ski hotel and a hot, loyal girlfriend to rely and be proud of. When the world found out the recently discovered asteroid, Helen, made a collision coarse with Earth, Scott knew that everything he worked hard for over the years were meaningless. Or so he thought.

Helen was in fact a seed to a global transformation for all humans, turning them into magic-wielding humanoid freaks called Terrans, and Totems to help them with their new powers. In no time, Scott and his girlfriend, Katie Walsh, are thrown into a state of survival. With only the help of their totems and a strong willed alien mercenary named Jaruka Teal, they must stay alive in this new world, or let the world take them out for being different and having God-like powers.
