Synopsis: March Hares

March Hares is an alternative history of the first ten months of the ‘Hitler War’. The story takes as its Point of Departure the threat made on 11th March by French premier Daladier’s that he would resign if Britain does not support his initiative to aid Finland. The story explores the political, strategic and military repercussions that could have resulted from Daladier’s threat. The story is told as a mixture of personal reminiscences, traditional historiographic style and dialogue between selected characters.
