Brief Author Bio: Yo~ I am DG. I am apparently stalked. ...I am also filling this out because I should be sleeping or something. Way to go, me. I like anime! And manga! I write lots of fanfiction, that can mostly be found on Luna. I also write shorter shounen-ai fanfiction/random crack that can mostly be found on my journal on Gaia. I'm a chem major going to school in southern California, sophomore. I currently hate core classes, because I currently hate math and physics, which pretty much make up core this term. (Really, though, I don't usually mind math unless problem sets take twice as long as they're supposed to.) Currently I love my humanities classes more than anything else this term (...) which consist of Music Theory and Japanese. Yay Japanese. I am hyper, obsessive, have a short attention span, and do my NaNo plans in physics class. Which may also explain why I don't like physics, as that means I don't learn anything. ...anyway. Won NaNo last year with a D.Gray-man shounen-ai Lavi/Kanda novel that finished at about 90k words, though I didn't finish the last 15k till post-November. This year is an original fiction idea that was pretty much centered around an OC I created who... more or less told me to write something with him in it where he didn't die. I oblige because I love him and give him a possible romantic interest to boot. Until the Dawn is kind of still the working title, until I figure out what actually HAPPENS in the vast majority of the novel, but it has relevance in more ways than one and is growing on me. So. Look forward to the adventures of Ryeha and Hayley in November~ though hopefully I'll finish earlier this time, orz. |

dolphin spider lizard squirrel
Isn’t it past time for things to change again? Isn’t it time to discover the truth?
cat. human.
Because someone has to do it before it’s too late.
Excerpt: Until the Dawn
A grin tugged lightly at his lips, revealing canine teeth that were marginally more pointed than a normal human’s, though the difference was almost unnoticeable unless one knew what to look for. Those eyes no longer held any traces of exhaustion, instead reflecting excitement and anticipation, and he walked to the edge of the roof, looking down and appearing for all the world to be interested in the heat ripples dotting the street at random intervals.
“Time to get to work,” he breathed, his voice a low purr, and then, without a second thought, he jumped.
Two stories, and five meters, and a fall that might have easily hurt anyone careless, but the long sinewy tail unfurled itself from behind him as he fell and he landed on his feet, as felines were wont to do. The ripples shuddered, manifested, turned into shapes that could have been blobs or could have, by some stretch of the imagination, been human, zoning in on him with unerring accuracy.
Perhaps he should have been afraid. Clearly everyone else was. But all he did was smirk, and reach one hand into his coat, and draw out two pistols.
