Felicity's Grandmother
an excerpt

“I am not really infirm. Appearance is not all. If you were to look at me you would see a seventy-six year old spry harridan but we all see someone younger in the mind's inner world. For instance, I'm no older than my granddaughter Felicity. Of course, I know my limitations, but my mind doesn't, and that I'm infirm is just because I'm sitting in a wheelchair with a cast on my right arm ,and bandage on my left ankle, a temporary condition to disappear after a visit to the doctor's office this afternoon. Then I'll be up and about and ready to spar with that calloused son of mine. What is this role reversal business...?”
